my partner and i wanted to support a small business when deciding which store to get matching tennis bracelets from. we decided to go with aumia. within 2 days of receiving the bracelets, mine started falling apart. initially i thought it was just my own faulty bracelet since the same gem clasp kept falling out. so i contacted the company for a new piece and that went smoothly. but another week later, my partner’s one started randomly falling out too. we ended up losing it bcs it fell when we were out at an outdoor function. the replacement one i got, a week later, a gem fell off. truly a disappointment since we spent more than $100 on the bracelets, for it to fall off and be faulty so easily. afterwards we just bought new bracelets from a retail chain and till now there has been no issue
