Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

We hope our pieces are loved by you as much as we love them. However, if your purchase isn’t as expected and you have changed your mind, you may be entitled to receive a store credit in exchange for your returned item.
You are only entitled to a refund if you have a received an item with a manufacturing fault or an item that does not match your order. 
To be eligible for a store credit, you must initially contact our Customer Service team within 7 days of delivery. 
Apparel
Your return must:
Still have all tags attached
Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Have no signs of wear, rips, pulls or stains, including marks from makeup or fake tan.
Packed in the original garment bag
Reach us within 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel. 
Jewellery
Your return must:
Be unused, unaltered and in original condition
Have no signs of scratches or dents
Packed in the original jewellery box or pouch
Reach us within 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel. 
Once your return is received, we will advise if you are eligible for a store credit (in the form of a gift card of the value of the item(s) paid from the original order). The gift card is valid for 12 months from the issue date. 
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your item is defective or does not match your order, please email us at contact@aumia.com.au with the subject line: Return and #OrderNumber within 7 days of receiving your order, with a photo of the item and the reason for return. Please allow 1-3 working days for us to process your request. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
If you need to exchange a ring or apparel item for a different size, please send us an email at contact@aumia.com.au with the subject line Exchange and #OrderNumber within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be unused, unaltered, undamaged, accompanied with their original packaging and reach us within 30 days from the date of receiving your parcel. 
Once we have received your return, we will advise you via email. We will then inspect the product to ensure it is unused, unaltered and undamaged before proceeding with the exchange. 
Please note for exchanges, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). We will ship out your replacement free of charge once only.

Refunds (if applicable)

Only full-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account again. Please then contact your bank or credit card company. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@aumia.com.au.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
