Gifts & Packaging
At AUMIA, our aim is to be as sustainable as possible. Our jewellery is packaged in a reusable drawstring cotton pouch with a recyclable card.
If purchasing multiple products, they will be packed together in the same pouch. Our branded keepsake jewellery boxes can be purchased.
If purchasing a gift or multiple items, please make a note at the checkout if:
- You would like us to add a personal handwritten note.
- You require multiple items to be packed separately, please specify.
Care & Warranty
It is natural for gold plated jewellery to fade over time due to exposure to different chemicals. Read here for instructions on how to care for your jewellery.
We offer a 12-month warranty on all items with proof of purchase. Our warranty covers faulty items. It does not cover wear & tear. Read here for more warranty information.
